Flight Centre Ocean Keys

Went into the Ocean Keys branch to book my flight back to Edinburgh and when I explained to the travel agent I have a head injury and struggle with some cognitive issues she burst out laughing at me, not sure why having a life changing accident is funny but glad I made you laugh even though it left me feeling depressed and I left the branch without booking and I will never book with your company again.

Have always used Flight Centre at Ocean Keys for many years. Being Elderly, we found them very helpful. They have taken away our stress of booking and organising our flight's. Our thanks particularly to Donna, who has been looking after us.She is so professional.

Numerous attempts to call this store with no answer or reply to messages or emails.Waiting for reimbursement of cancelled booking for a year now.No responses from agent or store.

Most rudest staff in that shop wouldn't book a holidays with them ever,just asked if I could check to book a family Bali trip for 12 people to check if covid restrictions had been lifted couldn't tell wouldn't tell because dident have a booking with them.

This branch has been the absolute WORST booking company we have gone through, we started by booking our flights with the verbal confirmation that we would be able to change a person on our booking as we were unsure who was yet to come, when we came to having to change that individuals booking we were refused the service that the consultant had once promised us. There were multiple of us in this branch and we all had witnessed this verbal confirmation but once we had started to email donna ( our consultant ) she denied ever saying so. Since then we have gone back and forth with her and the airline, only to have to wait almost a month for them to finally release the management of our tickets back to our airline, In the process of this the staff at this branch we’re rude, unhelpful and arrogant towards us. After a month of waiting for the booking to be released we were told we have one passenger missing off our booking reference which was never mentioned by flight centre. we have had the very HELP-FULL staff at our airline fixing flight centre ocean keys massive mistakes. As we had spent thousands of dollars with this branch we would have expected a lot better care but unfortunately we were shown the complete opposite and will never be using or recommending flight centre ocean keys again.

Phone calls, can't get through, service isn't bad, but what is the point of booking seats and paying for that service when THE AIRLINES JUST CHANGE THEM, WHAT'S THE POINT OF PAYING FOR A SERVICE YOU DON'T GET. Once flight Centre gets paid, no further communication from them. Waited for emails from them and no replies, Very frustrating. I won't use flight Centre in the future.

Put a smile on your face when serving customers …. If you are going to be grumpy and angry then you shouldn’t be in this business …. Never use flightcentre again

Zoe has been extremely helpful on several occasions when I have required travel advice and bookings. We are soon to embark on a trip to Europe, including a Mediterranean cruise. Zoe clearly explained options and guided in our decision making. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!Jodie (and family)

Not helpful at all. I spent 90 minutes trying to get through on the phone as it kept saying that it was turned off. This was from 9 am. I gave up at 10.15 and drove there. What a waste of time, completely useless. I was told to do the work myself and go back and book through them. I did the work myself and booked without them. 4 flights to UK, Germany, and Korea for 3 people return!!!
