I am so happy I used Fremantle Travel to help me plan my trip to India. As a solo female traveller who had never been to India before I was a bit nervous to try organise hotels, drivers, guides and an itinery by myself. I contacted FTS and spoke with Silvia. I requested she send me a brochure and map so I could get my head around where I wanted to visit and what I wanted to do. After making a rough list I left the rest to her. What came out of that was an amazing experience with an itinery suited to my personal wants & needs. Every detail was well planned & executed by her & her local team in India. I felt like a movie star having drivers pick me up, guides checking me in at hotels while I would sit enjoying a welcome drink and enjoying all the sights I wanted to see in style & comfort on my private journey across North India. The team in India were so welcoming & friendly I never felt uncomfortable or uncared for. And the guides in each city were so knowledgeable & passionate about their home town I wouldn't have had the experiences I did if I had stumbled my way around on my own.Am I already planning my next visit - yes! Will I be contacting Silvia when Im ready to go ahead with my plans - ABSOLUTELY!!

Highly recommend booking your travel with Silvia at Fremantle Travel Services. I had a complex flight itinerary and Silvia worked tirelessly with constant communication, (receiving emails way out of office hours) to provide the best flight options, even reserving seats on the plane and making sure ff #s were added to bookings. She was also happy to see if she could get better pricing than corporate pricing I could get with hotel bookings and advised if my options were a better deal.

Silvia was the most amazing person to work with! I have booked two trips with her already! She helped us plan our very last minute Europe trip of a group of 8 people who had different stops along the way! She is very accommodating and will listen to what you want but has knowledge of the locations and suggest her own thoughts on places. We ran into some issues during our trip and Silvia was straight to helping us and making sure it all went smoothly.Highly recommend!
